2. Non-Eligible Products
Custom AI-generated art that is delivered as per the specifications provided by the customer.

- Inspection: Upon receiving your return request, we will inspect the evidence provided. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping: For physical products, you may be required to return the item in its original packaging. Details regarding shipping will be provided during the return approval process.
- Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or a replacement will be sent, as per your preference.
4. Timeframe for Refund/Replacement
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 Days after the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
