Artwork Sale and Licensing

Our platform allows you to sell copies of your AI-generated artworks.

By selling an artwork on our platform, you grant the purchaser a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the artwork.

This license allows the purchaser to use the artwork for personal, commercial, and promotional purposes, but does not allow the reproduction of the artwork for resale.

Fair Use and Restrictions

The purchaser agrees to use the artwork in a manner that is consistent with fair use principles.

The artwork may not be used in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of the rights of others.

No Warranty

The artworks are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Pixel Palette shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or the artworks generated.

3. Use of Service

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
• Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
• Art generation: AI Art generation can sometimes show results that do not resemble the initial prompt or may be sub satisfactory, this is the nature of AI genertion and we accept no liabilty for unexpeted results. Your account will still be charged 1 credit per generation no matter the outcome.

4. Purchases

Billing: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and timely payment for services purchased.

5. Modifications to Service

Pixel Palette reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without prior notice at any time.
